Hidden Ridge

Hidden Ridge is a cozy, luscious cowl with a super-subtle cable set into the front. For winter, I absolutely love it in Rowan’s Fazed Tweed, a warm-and-snuggly tube construction yarn made from a mix of wool and alpaca. (In fact, it was so cold the day we had the photoshoot for this sweater, and the sweater is so cozy, that my friend Beth refused to take it off when we were done, and it has lived with her ever since!)

For spring or summer, the style works equally well in warmer-weather yarns. (I’ve personally got my eye on one version out of Creative Linen, and another, A-line version out of Chaingeleing.)

Waist shaping is located on the back of this sweater only for a relaxed look, and CustomFit automatically accounts for the difference in gauge between the cable and Stockinette – so please swatch in Stockinette! Wherever you are in your sweater journey, I hope you love Hidden Ridge, and make one of your very own.
