This open front cardigan with a V-neck, waist shaping, and set-in sleeves, is worked from the bottom up in separate pieces and sewn together. The back features a lace motif framed by cables. Those cables are echoed on the fronts. The cable and lace patterns are given in chart form only. Garter stitch edging finishes each piece.
Its strong vertical lines and narrow neckline makes a flattering sweater for many body types. The sleeves may be easily lengthened or shortened, as can the body of the sweater, to achieve a flattering look. It uses vertical darts for waist shaping and can be easily modified for your individual needs.
Lilium is available for purchase through the Twist Collective.
