AMY HERZOG DESIGNS, LLC PRIVACY POLICY

AHD Solutions, LLC (dba Amy Herzog Designs, here referred to as AHD) is committed to honoring the privacy and security of visitors to the AHD website. In particular, we will abide by the policies set forth below while this privacy policy remains in effect. If you are a registered user of the AHD website, we will notify you of any changes to this policy before they take effect.

DATA PRIVACY

AHD has established a privacy program, directed by a chief privacy officer, designed to help us respect and protect your data privacy rights.

To become a registered user of the AHD website, you will have to provide us with your e-mail address so that we may advise you of changes to our services, changes to the privacy policy and to provide other personalized communications and services to you. The use of our site entails your providing information concerning your physical measurements so that we may generate patterns of clothing that will fit you properly.

You have the right to access your information at any time; your email address can be viewed (and changed) from your account management page, and all measurement information can be found in the “measurements” section of your account. Should you be unable to locate the information in this way, please direct inquiry to the Privacy Officer (information below).

We will not sell or provide such information to any third parties other than in an aggregated manner that makes it impossible to associate the dimensions that you provide with you or your email address. If we ever engage in any onward transfers of your data with third parties for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized, we will provide you with an opt-out choice to limit the use and disclosure of your personal data.

When you contact AHD to obtain service and support you may be asked for certain personal data. AHD does not use the personal data you provide to market directly to you without your permission. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We may be required to disclose an individual’s personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including meeting national security or law enforcement requirements.

INTERNET PROTOCOL ADDRESS

We may use your Internet Protocol address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the AHD website. Your Internet Protocol address is used to help identify you for the duration of a session and to gather broad demographic information.

CLICKSTREAM DATA

As you browse the Internet, a trail of electronic information is left at each website you visit. This information, which is sometimes called “clickstream” data, can be collected and stored by a website’s server. Clickstream data can tell us the type of computer and browsing software you use, the address of the website from which you linked to the website, and in some instances, your e-mail address. We may use clickstream data to determine how much time visitors spend on each page of the website and how they navigate through it; and we may engage a third party, such as Google Analytics, to analyze the clickstream data and provide us with reports regarding the use of the AHD website. We will only use this information to improve the website. Any collection or use of clickstream data will be anonymous and aggregate, and we will not use it to extract any personally identifiable information.

CONSENT TO PROCESSING

By providing any information to the website, all users fully understand and unambiguously consent to the collection and processing of such information for the purposes described herein.

OTHER DISCLOSURES

AHD reserves the right to abide by any valid legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order, seeking access to information provided by users of the website in order to comply with such process. AHD reserves the right to transfer any information obtained from or about you, including but not limited to your e-mail address, data obtained from internet protocol addresses and clickstream data, to a purchaser or prospective purchaser of the AHD website and its related business.

The website may contain links to other sites, including links for the purpose of processing payments. Other sites may also reference or link to the website. AHD is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites. AHD does not collect or retain credit card, bank account or other payment data through its website.
